466 SAR MR Parade
baby brought me to his MR Parade today! haha. well, he is not an MR yet cos he hasn't completed his reservist serving yet. he still 2 more high key operation thing to go, i think. haha. but oh wells, it was rather fun in the beginning when we just arrived! haha.
in the beginning, i had thought that all MR parades will be the same so i said, let's not take any photos until it is his MR parade. but later on, he told me that this would probably be the grandest MR parade cos his unit had been the Best NS Armour Unit for 5 years and that he will have a silent step-down as the unit he's posted to for the last 2 resevist won't have any MR anytime soon. and cos i came unprepared, we relied on my 2megapix hp camera for the many delightful pictures! haha.
and man, army sure knows how to dull up the 3 cheers of hurray. haha.
according to baby, this was the vehicle that he had moved out in several times throughout his entire NS period! haha. he told me the place he sat, what items go where and even the history of the tank! haha. so this was the only vehicle we took photos with. hehe.
we tried to take photos with the tank, camwhore style. sad to say, although i'm really good at putting ourselves into the picture, i couldn't do the same for his tank. haha.

here's me and baby inside the tank, through another opening! from the top! haha. i bruised myself while getting in. in the top picture, those things on the left are like those machine gun stuff. haha. and in the lower picture, he got his campmate to help us take a picture together and it captured a really stunned old man! hehe. oh yah, when i complained so much about how dirty the tank was, but baby and his campmate said that this is a very clean tank already. omg la! haha.
top picture was taken when we were bored stiff and hiding in the shade. haha! and bottom, we joined his company at the eating area, and i was bored la! haha. oh yah, the vehicle on the left right, it's the same tank as mentioned above! haha.
still at the same spot, but with a different view. behind us is actually a running track and soccer field, where they played games and all. haha. i re took cos in the first pic, half my face was hidden behind him. my bad! haha.
here's the parade! haha. i only took photo of his company - Charlie, previously known as Cheetah. he said his company never liked the new name Charlie cos it sounds gay to them. haha. they prefer Cheetah cos it's more aggressive. haha! MEN! the second picture is blur cos i maxed out the zoom on my camera to try to capture a photo of my baby. i've circled him out! haha. proud to say that my baby stood really still throughout! while others fidgeted obviously! haha. oh yah, he also told me that he's always placed on the front for parades cos he's one of the rare few that could stand still throughout + his uniform is always neat. cool!

heading home! i was curious where the other people got this 466 SAR cap, so i asked baby and he said it was in the goodie bag that i didn't want to look at. haha! so i immediately grabbed it and wore it! haha!

mynah bird project
a stupid mynah disrupted the talk my sister and i were having, while she took a photo, i took a video.
the only people around when the commotion took place, my elder sis (clara, who screamed with me), my maid (who tried desperate ways to chase the bird out - so sorry i didn't capture it!) and my younger sister (who was happily eating her dinner and watching us act like clowns, screaming and running around the living room). HAHA.
the video is very short only because i think either i press the wrong button while fleeing OR my screams hit decibles so high that the video can't take it and it turned off. i think it's the former. meanwhile, here's the photo my sister took and the video i screamed into, of the mynah perched on the thing that holds the curtains up. haha! oh btw, those are clean clothes. haha!

expression of form
last night had been fun. but i am dreadfully tired and exhausted.
had stayed back after school to complete the artwork cos we refused to return and work on it again.
so audrey, ray and i (together with deanie for a little while) we worked and played until 730pm. haha! then we head over to causeway point and had dinner at pastamania before running to popular to buy some stuff. then we dragged ourselves to the interchange and headed home.
pictures will be up soon. somehow. haha. i'm too lazy and tired.
